As of 14 July 2025, Meltham Golf Club is currently full for all 7 Day playing categories (excluding Juniors). A waiting list is in operation, see below for details.

Joining Fees
£500 applies to 7 and 6 day Adult memberships. This is payable upon approval of application. Joining fees do not apply to Juniors and applicants aged 35 and under.
7 Day Membership Waiting List
Due to high demand, a Waiting List is in place for all 7 Day Membership categories (excluding Juniors). New 7 day applicants may choose to:
- Join now as a 6 Day (Pending 7 Day) Member and added to the 7 Day Waiting List. You’ll pay the standard 6 Day subscription fee. For Young Adult categories, the 6 Day rate is 95% of the 7 Day rate.
The difference in fees will be due when you accept a 7 Day membership. - Join the Waiting List only by paying a £100 fee (no playing rights until a 7 Day place is offered). The £100 wait list fee is refundable if an application is not approved. If accepted, it will be credited toward the full £500 Joining Fee.
- If aged 35 and under, we recommend considering 6 Day (Pending 7 Day) to secure your joining fee exemption. If you choose the waiting list only option and a place becomes available after you turn 36, the joining fee will apply.
- All 7 Day applicants – including current members requesting an upgrade – will be added to the waiting list in the order received. When a vacancy arises, the next eligible applicant will be contacted.
- Junior members may join immediately and are not required to join the waiting list.
