Application Process
- Complete the Membership Application Form
To apply for Membership simply complete our application form below. Membership forms are also available in the Pro Shop, bar and office. - Proposal/Seconding
All applicants must be proposed and seconded by current members. If you do not know any members, we will invite you for a friendly informal chat. - Notice Period
Applications are posted on the club noticeboard for 14 days. - Executive Review
The Executive Committee meets monthly to review applications. - Approval & Invoicing
- Once approved, applicants will receive an invoice for their membership (including the joining fee, if applicable).
- 7 Day applicants joining as 6 Day (Pending 7 Day) will be invoiced for the 6 Day subscription. They will be added to the 7 Day waiting list once payment is received. If a 7 Day place is later offered and accepted, the pro-rated difference in annual fees will be invoiced at that time.
- 7 Day Waiting List Only applicants will receive an invoice for the £100 fee and will be added to the waiting list once payment is received. If a 7 Day place is offered and accepted, the remaining balance of the £500 joining fee and the full membership subscription will then be invoiced.
- Once payment is received, a welcome pack will be available for collection.
