A Celebration of Land & Sea
On Friday 15th August we welcomed guests for a truly unforgettable evening as Neale from Bosco Catering treated us to an exquisite 7 course tasting menu inspired by the flavours of land and sea.
From the very first bite to the final course, the evening was a celebration of creativity, balance, and bold seasonal ingredients
Guests were taken on a flavour journey that included:
Confit Chicken
Tomato, basil, olive, prosciutto, chicory
King Scallop Ceviche
Samphire, lime, orange, chilli, coriander
Chalk Stream Trout
Pomme Anna, horseradish, watercress, roe
Okonomiyaki
Belly pork, prawn, cabbage, katsuobushi, ginger
Holme Farm Venison
Beetroot, pancetta, savoy, liquorice
Tarte Normande
Braeburn apple, calvados, almond, chantilly cream
Artisan Cheese Selection
Truffle Trove, Harrogate Blue, Yarg
The atmosphere was warm, lively, and full of conversation which was the perfect pairing for a menu that surprised and delighted with every course.
