Lady Captain’s 2023 Charity Auction & Pink Day Competition
The Lady Captain’s charity auction for Breast Cancer Now was truly an incredible event, filled with generosity and goodwill from the start. The auction room was bustling with energy and excitement as everyone eagerly bid on the stunning array of donated items and services, each of which had been contributed by fellow members or local businesses.
As the auction went on, the bids rose higher and higher, with people fiercely vying for their favourite items. The atmosphere was electric, and everyone felt the thrill of being a part of something truly special. Thanks to the incredible support of our community, we are thrilled to announce that £2500 was raised for Breast Cancer Now.
This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the tremendous effort of our team, volunteers, and all of those who participated in the auction and to everyone who took part in our Pink Day Breast Cancer Competition.
We want to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to everyone who helped make this day such a massive success. We know that every single donation, bid, and ticket sale made a real difference, and it’s wonderful to see the impact we can make when we all come together.
We also want to give a special shoutout to our Lady Captain, who worked tirelessly and donated generously really did bring this event to life and made it an evening we’ll never forget.
